Box Truck Vandalized In Criminal Damage Case: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter
A steering column in the truck was also damaged, according to police.
BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (except when noted) and court records as a record of incidents reported to police and those arrested on criminal charges, which represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
Updated information may be available from the Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless found guilty in court beyond a reasonable doubt.

- Francisco Guerrero Celso, 40, of the 150 block of S. Lincoln Avenue, Mundelein, is accused of driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended, and was arrested at 11:29 a.m. Dec. 3, at Weiland Road and Marvins Way. A court date of Dec. 19 was assigned.
- Silvia Moreno, 46, of the 1400 block of Winslowe Drive, Palatine, is accused of driving with a suspended license, failure to notify secretary of state of name/address change for driver's license, failure to dim lights, and was arrested at 5:30 a.m. Dec. 4, in the 400 block of W. Dundee Road. A court date of Dec. 19 was assigned.
- Charles C. Hansen, 32, of the 400 block of W. Mitchell Court, Arlington Heights, is accused of driving on a suspended license, speeding, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and was arrested at 10:08 a.m. Dec. 6, at Dundee and Weidner roads. A court date of Jan. 28, 2026 was assigned.

A box truck was reported vandalized at 7:22 a.m. Dec. 8, in the 1300 block of N. Barclay Boulevard. The steering column was also damaged, according to police.
RETAIL THEFT
A store in the 700 block of E. Lake Cook Road reported at 5:07 a.m. Dec. 10, that someone had stolen a can of Red Bull.
