Easter 2024: Check Out These Brunch Spots Near Buffalo Grove

The holiday falls on Sunday, March 31, this year, so check out our guide to area restaurants offering special menus that day.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — Easter is just a few weeks away. Going out to breakfast and brunch is a popular choice for the March 31 holiday. As area restaurants are often busy, it might be a good idea to make a reservation ASAP if you haven't yet.

Here are a few spots that offer breakfast and brunch, as well as a few with lunch and dinner Easter specials, in the Buffalo Grove area, according to Yelp:

  • Gianni's Cafe, 18 W. Station, Palatine, and 20505 N. Rand Road, Kildeer — Easter brunch buffet at both locations. Seating times are 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Call for reservations, 847-550-8872 (Kildeer) and 847-991-1416 (Palatine).
  • Eddie Merlot's, 185 N. Milwaukee Ave., Lincolnshire — Easter brunch buffet, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 31. $74 per person, $19 for children aged 10 and under. Indulge in traditional brunch treats, Eddie Merlot’s classic dishes and the restaurant's famous desserts, paired perfectly with mimosas and bloody mary's.
  • Chevy Chase Country Club, 1000 N. Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling — Sunday brunch, 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 31. The cost for adults is $41, while ages 6-17 is $26, 5 and under is free. Prepaid reservations are required.
  • Saranello's, 601 N. Milwaukee Ave., Wheeling — Easter brunch, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 31. Cost is $49.95 per person, children aged 12 and under are half price. Easter Brunch will feature Sunday Brunch favorites and Easter Specials including lamb, honey ham, and an ice cream sundae bar.
  • Metropolis Ballroom, 6 South Vail Ave., Arlington Heights — Easter brunch, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Limited tickets. Reserve ASAP. $75/adults, $30/kids under 12, free kids under 5. Call 847-870-8787. Live, made-to-order sushi station, hosted by a master sushi chef as well as unlimited champagne, prime rib carving station. Easter Bunny for the kids.
  • Jameson's Charhouse, 1331 W. Dundee Road, Arlington Heights — Easter specials including rack of lamb, baked ham, as well as catering options.
  • Granite City Food and Brewery, 801 Plaza Drive, Schaumburg — Easter Sunday brunch is $34.99 for adults, $10.99 kids. Features carved ham, eggs Florentine, scampi tortellini, and caramel rolls.
  • Allgauer's On The Waterfront, Hilton Chicago Northbrook, 2855 Milwaukee Ave., Northbrook — Easter Brunch Buffet. $85 per person. Make reservations at website.
  • Prairie Grass Cafe, 601 Skokie Blvd., Northbrook — Easter brunch buffet, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Cost is $85/adult and $54 children 10 and under. Takeout packages also available. Call 847-205-4433 to make a reservation.
  • Oak Kitchen & Bar, 1811 Tower Drive, Glenview — Easter brunch, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 31. Carving stations, Sunday brunch favorites, Italian specialties, bottomless mimosas and more. Cost is adults/$55 and children/$22. Call 224-529-5950 for reservations (required).
  • The Glen Club, 2901 West Lake Ave., Glenview — Easter brunch with the Easter Bunny, two-hour seatings at 10:30 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Costs for adults is $60 ($55 for members), ages 3-12 is $30 ($25 for members), children 2 and under is complimentary.
