Friends Of The Park Present An Ode To Broadway In Buffalo Grove

Proceeds from the evening will benefit active military families and families in need.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — If you love Broadway shows and want to help families at the same time, an upcoming show titled, "A Broadway Love Story," might just be for you. Presented by the Buffalo Grove Park District's Friends of the Park, the special evening is planned for Nov. 3 at the Community Arts Center, 225 McHenry Road.

Buffalo Grove's own Max Quinlan, along with his wife, Siri Howard, star in a show that will feature songs from Disney classics and Broadway favorites. Quinlan and Howard met during a Broadway run in the national tour of "Les Misérables." Quinlan is currently the producing artistic director at the Greenville Theatre in Greenville, South Carolina, while Howard continues to perform.

The local show will highlight the couple's love story with songs from "Les Misérables" and "The Music Man," along with many others.

The night will begin at 6 p.m. at the CAC with a catered dinner by BBQ on Wheels, including one drink, followed by the concert. Tickets are available with an early bird discount until Oct. 21 at A Broadway Love Story - Buffalo Grove Park District for $70. After this date, tickets are $75.
