Patch: How long have you been doing business in town?
Sam: This is going to be our 4th Jet’s Pizza location, opening at 1065 E Lake Cook Rd in Wheeling. We own the one in Arlington Heights on 59 W Golf Rd, we also own the Schaumburg and Joliet locations. We’ve been around for 12 years.
Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Sam: I’ve always loved being in the food industry. I spent years working in restaurants and knew it was where I belonged. I wouldn’t be here today without my partners, Alex and Fred. We started this together, and I’m grateful for them every step of the way.

Patch: What's the most common piece of advice you give to customers?
Sam: I always tell customers to go for the Detroit-style deep dish at least once - it’s what we’re known for, and you can’t go wrong with the corner pieces.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Sam: The best part is seeing customers light up when they take that first bite, especially if it’s their first time trying our pizza. Knowing our hard work turns into something people love, is really rewarding.
Patch: How would you say your business or organization distinguishes itself from the others?
Sam: We stand out because we care about quality and consistency. Every pizza, every order, we make sure it’s something we’d be proud to serve ourselves.
Patch: How can Patch readers learn more about your work and business?
Sam: They can follow us on our Facebook page for any updates and the grand opening day announcement. We will also have our website ready to take orders by the end of December.
