Open House Gives Residents Inside Look At Buffalo Grove Emergency Services

The annual event, scheduled for Sept. 20, will be held at Fire Station 26.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — Residents are invited to get an in-depth look at Buffalo Grove emergency services at the annual public safety open house, scheduled for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, at Fire Station 26, 1051 Highland Grove Drive.

Hosted by the Buffalo Grove fire and police departments, the open house offers a "unique chance to learn all about the work our Buffalo Grove first responders do to keep the community safe," according to organizers

Attendees will have an opportunity to explore fire and police vehicles up close, see live firefighting demonstrations and enjoy hands-on activities like the junior firefighter challenge. No registration is required.
