Buffalo Grove Considering $6.25M Property Purchase For New Combined Village Hall, Police Facility (patch.com) — Buffalo Grove is weighing a $6.25 million purchase of a Lake Cook Road property that could become a new combined village hall and police facility. Trustees will hold a special meeting Tuesday to consider a purchase agreement and begin a 90‑day due diligence review, with construction not expected until 2028 if the site proves suitable.
