• Car Of Missing Buffalo Grove Man Found Near Winthrop Harbor Marina: Police (patch.com) — Buffalo Grove residents are being asked to help locate 48-year-old Tomas Stundzia, whose car was discovered at North Point Marina in Winthrop Harbor after he was last seen in town on Sunday. Police from Buffalo Grove and Winthrop Harbor are working together on the search and urge anyone who spots him to immediately contact BGPD or call 911.
   

• College Credits: Buffalo Grove Resident Completes Mental Health Course At University of Wisconsin-Whitewater (patch.com) — Buffalo Grove residents can celebrate local student Thomas Hein, who is studying computer science at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has completed the Recognize, Respond, and Refer mental health course. His achievement, alongside 327 classmates, marks an important step in supporting mental health awareness and peer support on campus, and local families are invited to share similar college milestones.
   

• Not everybody on board as Buffalo Grove moves toward closing on new village hall, police station (dailyherald.com) — Buffalo Grove trustees have approved a $6.25 million purchase agreement to potentially turn a Lake-Cook Road office building into a new village hall and police headquarters, using existing reserves. The deal launches a 90-day due diligence period with more than $140,000 in consultant work, and trustees remain split over whether the site and contract terms truly serve residents’ best interests.
