Vitality Urgent Care to Open New Lake Zurich Clinic Fall 2025

Vitality Urgent Care is excited to announce the opening of its newest walk-in clinic at 480 S. Rand Road in Lake Zurich, scheduled to open in Fall 2025. Known for its efficient, compassionate, and affordable care, Vitality will provide same-day urgent care services for children, adults, and seniors in the Lake Zurich area and surrounding communities such as Kildeer, Hawthorn Woods, Deer Park, and Long Grove.

The new location will treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions, including fevers, flu, ear infections, sore throats, rashes, urinary tract infections, sprains, cuts, and minor fractures. Pediatric services will be a key part of the clinic’s offerings, including school and sports physicals, as well as rapid strep, flu, and COVID testing. Vitality will also offer on-site X-rays, lab testing, IV hydration, EKGs, and occupational health services like DOT physicals and drug testing.

“Vitality Urgent Care was created to fill a gap in local healthcare—offering fast, walk-in access to real medical care, every day of the year,” said Rodion Levin, FNP-C, founder and primary provider. “We’re proud to bring that model to Lake Zurich and care for families right in their own community.”

The clinic will be open 365 days a year, with extended hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Most insurance plans are accepted, and affordable self-pay options are available.
