Weather Alert: 6 Inches of Snow Coming

The National Weather Service says 6 inches of snow and strong winds are on the way.

Are you outside enjoying this wonderful, unseasonably warm weather we've been experiencing lately? No? Well, you might want to make some time.

Even though the temperature is in the 50s right now, the National Weather Service is reporting that it will all be over tonight. A Winter Storm Watch has been issued for the Chicagoland area, including Cook, DuPage and Kane counties. The storm is on schedule to set in by Thursday morning and could continue through Friday morning.

Weather.com is predicting temperatures will drop into the low 30s tonight with a 100 percent chance of snow tomorrow! I can't remember the last time I trusted a weatherman 100 percent, but they seem pretty sure about this one.
