Chicago's Porkchop BBQ Giving Government Workers Half Off

The discount includes both locations of this Chicago BBQ spot.

CHICAGO, IL — A Chicago restaurant is reaching out to government workers affected by the ongoing government shutdown. In support of Chicagoans who've dedicated their careers and lives to public service, Porkchop BBQ is giving all official government workers half off their meal at the restaurant's South Loop and Hyde Park locations from now until the end of the government shutdown, according to a release sent to Patch.

All Chicago government workers have to do to qualify for the discount is show their government ID.
