For Just $27.50, Hear Creepy 'Making a Murderer' DA Explain How He Didn't Put an Innocent Man in Prison For Life

Ken Kratz and Fox News' Judge Jeanine will take the stage in Rockford to explain how Steven Avery is really actually guilty after all.

Did “Making a Murderer” leave you with some doubts about the guilt of Steven Avery and his nephew Brendan Dassey?

If so — or if you were filled with rage or overcome by despair — prosecutor Ken Kratz and Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro can set you straight for as little as $27.50.

Kratz and Judge Jeanine have teamed up to present “Avery: Guilty as Charged” at the Coronado Performing Arts Center in Rockford.

The Netflix documentary “reached a high level of international interest and provided only a defense-slanted side of the story calling for Avery’s exoneration and freedom,” the Coronado Performing Arts Center posted on its Facebook page.

“Kratz and Pirro will engage in a riveting discussion about one of the country’s most controversial and compelling murder trials and will open the discussion to the audience for a candid Q&A segment,” the page says. “Kratz will provide never before seen evidence omitted from the documentary that will provide the audience an exclusive insight and new perspective into this criminal justice debate.”

The Q&A Segment sounds like a great time to ask those pointed questions about the sexting scandal that spelled the end of Kratz’s career as a prosecutor, or if he feels any remorse at all about the Avery and Dassey cases

In 2003, Avery was released from prison after spending nearly two decades behind bars for a wrongful rape conviction. In 2005, Avery and his nephew Dassey were charged with killing photographer Teresa Halbach in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. Her bones and belongings were found burned near Avery’s trailer. Both are serving life terms in prison.

Downers Grove attorney Kathleen Zellner took on Avery's case earlier this year.

If you don’t feel like hearing from Kratz and Pirro, you can still head to Rockford for a planned protest of the event.
