Protesters Partially Breach Fence Surrounding DNC
Protesters were confronted by police and eventually cleared the area. Four people were arrested, according to reports.
CHICAGO, IL — Demonstrators protesting the Israel-Hamas war marched towards the United Center on Monday as the Democratic National Convention got under way, and some of them were able to breach a fence in the perimeter surrounding the area.
The area where the fence was partially breached was near the Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church on Washington Boulevard, about a half-mile from the United Center.
Four people were arrested after the partial breach, ABC reported.

Protesters could be seen carrying signs with slogans including "Jews To Dems: Arms embargo now!"
Chicago police were able to clear the area and many of the demonstrators continued moving away from the perimeter.
