Coroner Releases Causes Of Death For Coworkers Found Dead In Parked Car In Crystal Lake

Yeisimar Morales-Sanchez, 20, and Kirby Graham, 31, were found dead during the early morning hours of Nov. 4.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — Carbon monoxide poisoning caused the deaths of two coworkers found dead in a car on Coventry Lane earlier this month in Crystal Lake, authorities said Wednesday.

Yeisemar Morales-Sanchez, 20, of Crystal Lake, and Kirby Graham, 31, of Grayslake, were found dead by emergency responders in the vehicle in the 700 block of Coventry Lane at about 5:30 a.m. on Nov. 4, according to authorities.

A defective exhaust system of the vehicle, which Graham was driving prior to the incident, led to both suffering from carbon monoxide toxicity, according to a news release from the McHenry County Coroner's Office.
