The Fr. McCormick Council #3880 at St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Crystal Lake will be holding a St. Patrick’s feature to its regular Monthly Breakfast, a special Irish theme!
Along with our regular 10 menu driven Breakfast selections we will include a tribute to the Green featuring: Irish Omelet with Corned Beef and Swiss Cheese, St Paddy’s Eggs Benedict with a fresh split biscuit, topped with Corned Beef Hash, Sunny Side up Egg and Hollandaise sauce; the Ireland Frisbee, a special Green Half-Waffle with Green Scrambled Eggs and all the regular Breakfast toppings, Green Scrambled Eggs & Ham!
All dishes will be served with Potatoes O’Brien, and all Pancakes and Waffles will be in lovely shade of green, with the pancakes being Shamrocks!

Come and join the Knights of Columbus to start off this Celebratory Day, before or after the Sunday Masses from 7:30 AM until Noon March 16th at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church Community Center, 451 W Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake
