Police Seek Help Finding Girl, 15, Who Went Missing From Wauconda
Ofelia S. Hernandez, 15, went missing from Wauconda over the weekend and may have been traveling in a white Toyota Scion.

Police are seeking the community’s help in locating a 15-year-old girl who went missing from Wauconda Sunday.
The Wauconda Police Department is searching for Ofelia S. Hernandez, 15. Hernandez was last seen on Sunday and was possibly traveling in a vehicle.

The vehicle is a white 2009 Toyota Scion with Illinois license plate EJ70524. A surveillance photo that captured the car was released. Hernandez is a female Hispanic, approximately 5-foot tall and 130 pounds. She has brown and red hair.
A request to the Wauconda Police Department for further details on Hernandez’s disappearance was not immediately answered.
