Several Arrests, Citations During McHenry County Traffic Campaign
The McHenry County Sheriff's made several arrests and issued dozens of citation during the recent Thanksgiving traffic campaign.
MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — The McHenry County Sheriff's office announced the results of the recent Thanksgiving "Click it or Ticket" enforcement mobilization. The sheriff's office joined other law enforcement agencies nearby and across the state in an effort to reduce highway fatalities by cracking down on unbuckled motorists and impaired drivers during the Thanksgiving holiday, the sheriff's office said in a release. During this period, the McHenry County Sheriff’s office issued the following citations and made the following arrests:
Arrests —
- DUI: 4
- No valid driver's license: 4
- Drug offenses: 4 arrests:
- Driving while license suspended or revoked: 2
