Woman, 21, Charged With Arson Following Walmart Fire: Officials
The blaze broke out at the Walmart in Woodstock on Wednesday evening.
WOODSTOCK, IL — A 21-year-old Woodstock woman faces charges following a fire that broke out at the Walmart in Woodstock on Wednesday evening.
The Woodstock Police Department responded to the fire at the Walmart, at 1275 Lake Avenue, at about 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday, according to a news release from the police department.
While evacuating the store, a Walmart employee provided evidence, including security camera footage, that lead police to develop a suspect and take a person into custody.

The woman, Adilyn Monette, 21, of Woodstock, has been charged with arson and criminal damage to property.
