Car Crashes Into Darien Restaurant: Cops
The man was driving through the parking lot when the crash happened, police said.
DARIEN, IL – A car crashed into a Darien restaurant Tuesday afternoon, but no one was hurt, police said.
About 2:30 p.m., a driver was heading through the Chestnut Court shopping center's parking at 75th Street and Lemont Road when he ran into Jam 'n Jelly Café, Deputy Police Chief Austin Jump said in an email.
No other car was in the area at the time of the crash, he said.

The driver, a 61-year-old Bolingbrook man, was not cited, Jump said. The driver refused medical attention.
