Darien Woman's Club Offers Student Scholarships

COMMUNITY SERVICE AND FINE ARTS SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

To encourage young people to be involved in their community and the fine arts, the Darien Woman’s Club will award four scholarships to students living in Darien and the neighboring areas.

Applications are available on the Darien Woman’s Club Website. All applications must be postmarked by March 28.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
$1,000 scholarships are awarded to two high school seniors based on their volunteer service.

FINE ARTS
$350 Scholarships are awarded to two students entering 7th – 12th grade for the 2016-2017 school year. The scholarship is to be used in the summer of 2016 for a class or camp in the area of Fine Arts.
