Eviction At Carriage Greens Country Club?
Darien acknowledged a dispute is taking place at the local country club.

DARIEN, IL – A dispute is pending between Carriage Greens Country Club and a separate entity that is believed to provide food and beverage service, the city of Darien says.
On Monday, the Darien City Council is set to vote on a liquor license change for the country club.
According to a city memo on Thursday, it appears the country club may have been using a separate entity to provide food and beverage service for the restaurant and banquets.

The city said it expected Carriage Greens to go with a different provider.
Because Carriage Greens plans to continue to use a separate company for alcohol service, the city attorney recommends the council approve a specific type of liquor license.

Last month, Carriage Way West Inc., which is associated with Carriage Greens Country Club, sued banquet coordinator Heidi Revelis, according to DuPage County court records. The lawsuit was listed as a commercial eviction. She countersued days later.
The county club's owner, Brian Broderick, said in a statement to Patch on Friday, "The Broderick family is looking forward to evicting Ms. Revelis and returning the food and beverage department to its former glory."
A message left with Revelis on Friday was not returned.
