The Plan For The Old Darien CVS
The city government is considering a permit for a business.
DARIEN, IL – Darien is considering a request for a permit for an auto collision center in the old CVS Pharmacy, 8325 Lemont Road.
Gerber Collision & Glass wants to move into the building.
The old pharmacy is at the southeast corner of Lemont Road and 83rd Street. Next to the building are apartments and houses. Walgreens and a gas station are at different corners of the intersection.

A public hearing is set for Oct. 4 at City Hall. Five days before, the city plans to post information about the project on its website.
In April 2022, the local CVS closed, along with nearly 900 across the country.
