Crash With Injuries Slowing Traffic In Riverwoods: Reports
Portions of Lake Cook and Portwine roads are backed up Friday morning, according to reports.
RIVERWOODS, IL — A car crash with injuries is slowing traffic Friday morning in Riverwoods, according to multiple reports. FireMapChicago.net is reporting the crash happened at around 8:40 a.m. and southbound Portwine Road and eastbound Lake Cook Road are currently backed up for clean up and an investigation.
Riverwoods Police Chief Bruce Dayno told Patch his department wasn't involved with the investigation, as the crash occurred eastbound, closer to Milwaukee Avenue.
