DUI, Felony Warrants, Aggravated Assaults: Lake County Arrest Log
The Lake County Sheriff's Office arrested several local residents over the last week and charged them with a variety of criminal offenses.

DEERFIELD, IL — The Lake County Sheriff’s Office made a number of arrests over the past week with criminal charges ranging from drunk driving to aggravated assault, parole violations, and other offenses.
Local residents are reminded that the filing of criminal charges does not equate to a guilty finding and that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Joshua Urdiales, 27, unincorporated Zion, was arrested on Sept. 26 in Waukegan on a warrant for violation of his probation out of Boone County. Bond was set at $5,000 and he will appear in Boone County court at a later date.
Joseph M. Burns, 48, Kenosha, Wis., was arrested on Sept. 26 in Beach Park and charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, aggravated assault, and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $100,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 20.

Christian Moshi, 36, unincorporated Deerfield, was arrested in Waukegan on Sept. 26 and was charged with domestic battery. Bond was set at $5,000 and he will appear in court at a later date.
Matthew A. Blauveld, 49, unincorporated Lincolnshire, was arrested on Sept. 27 in Waukegan on a warrant for violation of a protection order. He was released on $20,000 recognizance and will appear in court at a later date.
Brandon A. Lott, 29, Waukegan, was arrested on Sept. 27 on a traffic warrant out of Cook County. Bond was set at $20,000 and he will appear in court on Oct. 17.
Miguel Santoyo, 39, Round Lake Beach, was arrested on Sept. 28 in Ingleside on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $45,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 14.
Roman Diaz, 38, Waukegan, was arrested on Sept. 28 and charged with aggravated driving under the influence, driving without insurance, and driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $100,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
Sean E. Walkington, 35, Wildwood, was arrested on Sept. 29 in Beach Park on a warrant for a parole violation out of Wisconsin. He was held without bond and will appear in a Wisconsin court at a later time.
Jennifer L. Sloan, 45, Lindenhurst, was arrested on Sept. 29 in Lake Villa and charged with drunk driving and possessing an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. She was released on $3,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 9.
Francis J. Lolli, 26, Lake Barrington, was arrested on Sept. 29 and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $75,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
Gregory Flesher, 59, Beach Park, was arrested on Sept. 30 and charged with violation of a protection order. Bond was set at $150,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
Camerino Gomez-Alcaide, 42, Waukegan, was arrested on Sept. 30 in North Chicago and charged with driving under the influence and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 2.
Isabel Steele-Cartwright, 23, Lake Villa, was arrested on Oct. on a warrant for theft. Bond was set at $150,000 and she was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
