DEERFIELD, IL — A traffic crash closed the Deerfield and Wilmot roads intersection Thursday afternoon. Police were asking drivers to use an alternative route and to expect delays while traveling near the area.
Deerfield police sent out a social media alert regarding the crash at around 2:40 p.m. Police later said the intersection had reopened.
