Other Notable Warrior Performances: Margot Sylvan added five points as well as a rebound and a steal. Emelia Karkazis hauled down 10 rebounds and added three points while Jessie Bess had four points, four rebounds and two steals. Liz Pavalon stole the ball four times, took down a rebound and scored a point while Sarah Ginn had three rebounds and a steal.

The Bottom Line: A 29-6 Evanston burst in the third quarter gave the Wildkits control of the game. The Warriors established an 8-4 lead at the end of the first quarter but Evanston held Deerfield to four points in the second period to take a 17-12 halftime edge. The Warriors fell to 5-5 for the season but remain undefeated in the Central Suburban League North Division at 3-0.
