Chelsea Handler To Headline 'Comedy For Cancer' In Downers Grove
The Feb. 28 event at Tivoli Theatre features a conversation with Handler, standup sets and more to benefit cancer research.
DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Comedian and writer Chelsea Handler will headline Comedy for Cancer, a fundraising event set for Feb. 28 at Tivoli Theatre in Downers Grove. Handler will take part in a comedic conversation and share copies of her most recent book, "I'll Have What She's Having."
Proceeds from the show will benefit Basic Science Cancer Research.
In addition to Handler, the event will feature standup sets from Brian Hicks and Vince Carone. Emcees are Meteorologist Cheryl Scott and Chicago Spotlight Host Ji Suk Yi.
