DOWNERS GROVE, IL — The Downers Grove North Trojans will head to the IHSA State Football Championships this weekend to face off against Mount Carmel in the 7A class finals.
Heading into the championship, the Trojans have a record of 11-2, whereas Mount Carmel has a record of 12-1.
The Trojans have been led by head coach Joe Horeni, who began coaching the team during the 2018-19 football seaeson.

The game is set for 4 p.m. Saturday at Illinois State University's Hancock Stadium. Fans can buy tickets at the stadium or can click the link to buy tickets online.
