Entourage Now Open In Downtown Downers Grove

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — Entourage is now open in downtown Downers Grove, offering inventive modern American fare in a completely revamped space on Main Street that once housed Capri Restaurant.

The restaurant is the most recent project from the family-run team behind another Entourage location and Vai's Italian Kitchen in Naperville.

In April, Anthony Vai told Patch Entourage in Downers Grove will focus on from-scratch cuisine and creative cocktails, aiming to create "somewhere you can hang out daily."

The menu at Entourage features locally sourced steaks that are dry-aged in-house and raw seafood items and entrees with a "Pacific influence," Vai said.

Diners can order the restaurant's signature espresso martinis and old fashioneds that are available on draft. The cocktails are prepped in-house and then cooled in a system that allows them to be poured at 20 degrees Fahrenheit into a pre-chilled glass.

In April, Vai told Patch Entourage's decor had been built "specified to order." The building's signature bowed windows have a "custom fabricated banquette that curves all the way around."

Entourage Downers Grove is located at 5101 Main St. The hours are Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
