DOWNERS GROVE, IL — An evergreen maze and winter-themed carnival games are just a couple of the activities planned for Winter Wonderland at Lyman Woods.

The event is set for Feb. 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., coinciding with the 2025 Downers Grove Ice Fest. Here are the family-friendly activities planned for Winter Wonderland.

  • Animal meet and greet
  • Carnival games
  • Craft stations
  • Evergreen maze
  • Ice carving demonstrations
  • Mock sleigh rides
  • Self-guided hikes
  • Snowshoeing (contingent on weather)

Shaved ice and winter-inspired goodies will be available for guests. Tickets are $12 per person. Children younger than age two get in free.
