Truck Stolen From Home In Downers Grove
Police say the stolen truck was later found in Cicero.

DOWNERS GROVE, IL — A truck was stolen from a home in Downers Grove in mid-January, according to the village's most recent crime blotter.
On Jan. 16, officers were called to a home in the 1800 block of Whidden Avenue for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. The owner of the car told police they parked their gray 2016 Ford F-150 in the driveway around 1 p.m. When they went outside to check the mail around 5 p.m., they saw that the truck was gone.
Police say a neighbor told them the truck was still in the driveway as of 2:30 p.m. when they had gotten home.

The truck was recovered by police in Cicero the following day.
