Woodridge Police Reports: Property Damage, Theft, BB Gun Possession

The Woodridge Police Department reported crimes and arrests through March 4.

A criminal damage to property was reported to have occurred Feb. 26 in the 2500 block of Crystal Court. Someone damaged the coin operated laundry machines in an apartment complex.

At approximately 1:15 p.m. Feb. 28, Lynn Hodges, 73 of the 800 block of N. Cass Avenue in Westmont, was charged with retail theft after removing miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.

At approximately 4:31 p.m. Feb. 28, Shushila Patel, 41 of the 8200 block of Archer Avenue in Willow Springs, and a female juvenile were charged with retail theft after removing miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.

At approximately 9 p.m. March 1, Ranson Baker, 33 of the 0-100 block of Roanoke Court in Bolingbrook was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a police officer, driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Route 53 at 71st Street.

At approximately 11:13 p.m. March 2, Quayshaun Hollins, 24 of the 200 block of Washington Street in Westmont, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon after a BB gun was discovered in his car following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of 63rd Street.
