Woodridge Police Reports: Property Damage, Theft, Robbery
The Woodridge Police Department reported crimes and arrests through April 15.

A criminal damage to property was reported April 8 in the 3200 block of Stillwell Court. Someone used a chemical substance on the yard of a home, spelling out a word with dead grass.
A criminal defacement of property was discovered April 8 by an officer on patrol in the 2400 block of Waterbury Drive. Someone had painted gang graffiti on the southwest side of the building located at 2425 Waterbury.

An attempted residential burglary occurred at about 9:23 p.m. April 8 in the 6500 block of Greene Road. Someone used a landscape brick to break the glass in the sliding patio door, but the person didn't enter the home.
At approximately 1:54 p.m. April 9, Tanyae Dedeaux, 23 of the 500 block of Willowcreek Court in Clarendon Hills, was charged with retail theft after taking miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.

At approximately 4:49 p.m. April 9, Brittany Todd, 26 of the 1200 block of E. Wilson in Batavia, and Shada Hardy, 24 of the 5700 block of S. Artesian Avenue in Chicago, were charged with retail theft after taking miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.
At approximately 1:22 a.m. April 10, Emma LeValley, 23 of the 0-100 block of W. Briarwood Drive in Streamwood, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 7600 block of Woodridge Drive.
At approximately 6 p.m. April 12, Marissa Seals-Hunter, 19 of the 1300 block of John Street in Joliet, was charged with retail theft after taking an item of clothing from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street.
At approximately 5:05 p.m. April 13, Madison Kramp, 19 of the 11000 block of Doogan Avenue in Willowbrook, was charged with retail theft after taking miscellaneous items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th Street, without paying.
A robbery occurred at approximately 11:38 p.m. April 13 in the 2400 block of Forest Drive. Men physically restrained the victim, going through her pockets and removing her car keys and cell phone. The men implied they had a weapon, but the victim did not see one. She was released at the scene and was not physically harmed by the suspects.
A theft occurred sometime between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. April 13 at Walgreen’s, 2501 W. 75th St. Someone removed 12 shipping totes (worth $180) from the rear of the store.
