2nd Yorky's Location To Open In Elmhurst

ELMHURST, IL – You'll no longer need to be on Elmhurst's north side to have quick access to Yorky's fast food restaurant.

Yorky's second location is set to open Tuesday at 609 W. St. Charles Road, next to Route 83. It is the site of the old Back Alley Burger.

The eatery has been at 836 N. York St. since 1975. It was rebuilt in the last decade.

The new restaurant will feature a bigger dining room and kitchen, the owners said.

Yorky's says it specializes in broasted chicken as well as gyros, Greek salads, kebabs and pasta.
