Popular Mexican Chain To Open Oak Brook Location
The restaurant is known for its "over-the-top fun," it says.
OAK BROOK, IL – Fat Rosie's plans to open its seventh Chicago area location in Oak Brook on Friday.
Its address is 3011 Butterfield Road.
The restaurant will feature two patios, a private event space and live music, according to a news release on Tuesday.

Fat Rosie's other locations in the Chicago area are in Schaumburg, Naperville, Rosemont, Frankfort, Lincolnshire and Lincolnwood.
The news release said the chain plans to expand its footprint outside Illinois later this year, but it did not indicate where.

Fat Rosie's describes itself as being known for its "over-the-top fun" and being "vibrant" and "high energy."
"It’s a lively, welcoming community with a mix of families and corporate crowds, perfect for a place like ours where you can host an energy-filled birthday dinner one night and a business lunch the next day," John Iannucci, the chain's chief executive officer, said in the news release. "We can't wait to share our version of a Mexican fiesta with the neighborhood."
