Elmhurst police were called around 2 a.m. Jan. 9 to a liquor store in the 100 block of E. Fullerton for a glass break burglar alarm.Officers found a large rock on the ground near the entrance of the store, according to Elmhurst police.Security video showed a man wearing baggy jeans and a blue hoody threw a large rock at glass on the door. But the glass didn't break and the man ran away toward the northeast, police reported.
