Hayden (nee Brouillet), 77, died on Wednesday, May 22, in Elmhurst.   She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Leo I Hayden; her children, Kelly, Mary Bridget, Kathleen, Leo F., Philip and Dennis; and her 14 grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 17, at Mary Queen of Heaven Church, 426. N.
