Services for Nancy Blankenship are Sunday. Paul Amundsen was a Mason and Shriner, and Jim Sharpe was raised in Elmhurst but passed away in Phoenix.

Nancy Blankenship

Nancy Ann Blankenship (nee Romans), 78, of Elmhurst, has died. 

Nancy is survived by her children, Mark (Beth) and Susan (Carmen) Molinaro, and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Robert and Julia.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 26, at Ahlgrim Funeral Home, 456 S. Spring Road, Elmhurst. Services and interment are private.

Paul Amundsen

Paul R. Amundsen, 95, of Elmhurst, has died.

Mr. Amundsen was preceded in death by a brother and eight sisters. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; his children, Cynthia, Gary and Marilyn; his grandchildren, Kari and Kirsten; and his sister, Betty.

He was a Mason and a Shriner for 70 years.

A memorial service was held May 25.

Jim Sharpe

Jim Sharpe, 60, of Phoenix, formerly of Elmhurst, died peacefully May 22. He was raised in Elmhurst and graduated from Montini High School in 1970.  He was director of affiliate development for Total Traffic Network.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; his children, Meg, Franny, Bridget and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Will, Collin and Kate.

A celebration of his life will be held June 15 in Phoenix.
