East End Park Pumping Station Graffitied, Damaged
Damage caused water to fall next to the pumping station building.

Elmhurst, IL - An Elmhurst Public Works employee told police that sometime between 2 p.m. April 8 and 10:50 a.m. April 11, someone sprayed graffiti on the water pumping station building along the east edge of the East End Park.
The concrete form under the downspout on the side of the building was also damaged, according to Elmhurst police.
The damage caused water to fall next to the building instead of being directed away from the building, police reported.
