Elmhurst Arts in the Park Program Returns This Weekend

19th annual event to feature over 100 artists from throughout the mid-west

The Elmhurst Park District is hosting the 19th Annual Art in the Park program, an art show featuring more than 100 exhibitors.

The event will be held rain or shine from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3 at 175 S, Prospect Ave., in Elmhurst. Visitors can enjoy the works of more than 100 artists from around the area in the 19th Annual Art in the Park.

This free event is a juried show of fine art, craft and design. The program is sponsored by RGL Marketing for the Arts, Inc., and artist Roz Long, an artist. teacher and author who founded the Liberty Arts Building in Elmhurst and is a founding member of the Arte at Nite : Food for Life Committee. Her experience also includes past marketing director for Elmhurst City Centre.
