New, unwrapped toys for children of all ages will be collected at Fire Station #1, 404 N. York Street and Fire Station #2, 601 S. York Street. Toys will be accepted now through Dec. 21. Santa has turned in his sleigh for a fire truck this year and will be delivering the collected toys to the hospital. Elmhurst Hospital employees will deliver the appropriate toy to each child.For more information about the toy collection, please contact Lt. Steve Wroble or firefighter Steve Talaski 630-530-3094.
