"These racing simulators are super fun for any age group over 14 years old and offer an experience like no other when it comes to an immersive racing experience," Jonuzi said. "Feel the power of all your favorite race cars from sports car racing to Formula One."

He said Gem Sims is designed to be able to host any type of event because it can serve food from Yorky's next door. Gem Sims' other co-owner, Sal Sadik, co-owns Yorky's, which is a family business.

Gem Sims also offers beer, wine and seltzer, Jonuzi said.
