Elmhurst Man Arrested for Drugs, Child Endangerment
Addison man also facing multiple charges after a three-vehicle accident Aug. 31.

Controlled Substance/Child Endangerment
Nathan Wheelock, 32, 231 E. Fremont Apt. 231, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving without insurance and endangering the life of a child after police pulled over a black Mitsubishi Montero for speeding and failure to signal on the 200 block of East Lake Street at 6:58 p.m. Aug. 30. He was taken to DuPage County Jail. The vehicle and the child were released to the owner of the vehicle.

Abel Garcia, 27, 120 N. Church St., Addison, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to give aid or information after his black Ford Expedition was involved in a three-vehicle crash at Lake and Grand at 7:22 p.m. Aug. 31. He also was charged with disobeying a traffic control device, unsafe tire, injurious material on the roadway, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Spiro Bouzanis, 32, 471 W. Vallette, was arrested and charged with domestic battery at his home at 1:53 a.m. Aug. 28. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Rocco M. Dargento, 46, 554 W. Comstock, was arrested and charged with domestic battery and disorderly conduct at his home at 9 a.m. Aug. 28. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
