Elmhurst Man Disorderly At Local Bank: Cops

Police said he caused a disturbance and threatened employees.

A 52-year-old Elmhurst man who lives in the 400 block of North Willow Road was arrested about 3 p.m. Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a police officer and resisting a police officer, authorities said.

ELMHURST, IL – In recent days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction of officers, domestic battery, theft and aggravated DUI. Here is information from the latest Elmhurst arrest log:

Disorderly conduct

  • A 52-year-old Elmhurst man who lives in the 400 block of North Willow Road was arrested about 3 p.m. Wednesday on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a police officer and resisting a police officer. The incident occurred at Community Bank of Elmhurst, 133 N. York St. Police said the man caused a disturbance and threatened employees. He was released. He was given a no-trespass notice.

Domestic battery

  • A 21-year-old Elmhurst woman who lives in the 300 block of South West Avenue was arrested shortly after noon Wednesday on a domestic battery charge. She was also wanted on a Shelby County, Tennessee, warrant charging failure to appear in court. Police said the woman pushed and bit a man at her home. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Theft

  • A 42-year-old Aurora woman was arrested Saturday on charges of theft and criminal trespassing of a building. The incident occurred about 10 p.m. Jan. 17 at Napleton Acura, 745 W. Lake St. Police said the woman was seen on camera entering offices and removing a baseball hat before leaving. Officers contacted the woman, who agreed to turn herself in. She was released.

Aggravated DUI

  • Carlos Hernandez-Gonzalez, 22, of Chicago, was arrested about 5 a.m. Monday on charges of aggravated DUI causing great bodily harm, driving on the wrong side of a divided highway, driving an uninsured car, failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident and having no valid driver's license. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Soliciting without a license

  • A 21-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, both from Chicago, were cited about 3 p.m. Tuesday at Walgreens, 160 N. Robert Palmer Drive, on charges of soliciting without a license.
