ELMHURST, IL – On June 30th 2024, the life of U.S.M.C Buster Maxwell was celebrated at Elmhurst American Legion Post 187.

Buster was a Vietnam Combat Veteran and was owner of Budron Excavating. Buster was as patriotic and humble as a person can possibly be. The celebration was attended by more than 80 people and was dominated by both heartfelt and funny stories. Several toasts were made to him as well. Awesome Wendy Klebs designed and manufactured tee shirts in Buster's honor. 100% of shirt proceeds were part of a donation made to the Legion in Buster's name.

We know Buster is looking down and is proud.
