Hypodermic Syringe Found in Accused Thief's Pocket: Police
A business reported Beats Bluetooth headphones and a Samsung phone case were stolen.

Elmhurst, IL - Police were called to a business around 7:42 p.m. Feb. 2 in the 200 block of N. York for reports of a theft.
A man had reportedly taken Beats Bluetooth headphones and a Samsung phone case from the business and left without paying, according to Elmhurst police.
Joseph Kelso, 41 of the 0-100 block of Whitehall Avenue in Northlake, was arrested, and police found he had a hypodermic syringe in his pants pocket.

Kelso was charged with felony retail theft and possession of a hypodermic syringe, police reported. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
