Iron Maiden Voyage to O'Hare Followed by Fans

Ed Force One landed Wednesday afternoon in Chicago, to the delight of both Iron Maiden and aviation enthusiasts.

Chicago, IL - Iron Maiden's giant, decal-covered airplane landed at O'Hare International Airport around 2 p.m. Wednesday, carrying the band members, tour personnel and literally tons of equipment.

Ed Force One, which is the name of the band's Boeing 747, was welcomed to Chicago by joyous fans and plane spotters, who celebrated the sightings on social media.

Iron Maiden is set to play the United Center at 7:30 p.m. Tickets for the concert were still available as of Wednesday afternoon.
