Jolly Old St. Nick Returns to Elmhurst for Holiday Concert
The second annual Jolly Old St. Nicholas Concert will take place Dec. 4.

The spirit of the holiday season comes to life in Elmhurst when Jolly Old St. Nick himself makes an appearance at the second annual Jolly Old St. Nicholas Concert on Dec. 4, 2015 from 7 until 8:15 p.m.
The Elmhurst Historical Museum presents an encore of last year’s popular event, which was met with much enthusiasm by pajama-clad youngsters and holiday elves of all ages. This special holiday performance will be led by Jolly Old St. Nicholas, as imagined by first-person history presenter Terry Lynch, who will share the legendary story that made him renowned around the world.

St. Nick will be accompanied by the jingling bells and beautiful voices of the Elmhurst Damenchor, a Women’s Chorus that has been singing traditional German carols and songs in the area for over 79 years. Goodie bags to fill the shoes of little ones will be shared.
The 2015 Jolly Old St. Nicholas Concert takes place at Yorkfield Presbyterian Church, located at 1099 South York Street in Elmhurst. Admission is free and on-site parking is available in the church parking lot. Children are encouraged to wear their pajamas, and photo opportunities with St. Nick will be available after the performance. In addition, a hot cocoa bar with an array of delectable toppings will be provided after the show.
