Elmhurst police responded to a call of indecent exposure Nov. 2 in the 100 block of South Route 83.Two witnesses said they saw a man masturbating inside his car, and they gave officers information about the car, according to Elmhurst police.Police were able to contact Erick J. Witteck, 21, of the 1000 block of David Drive in Bensenville, who agreed to go to the police station.Witteck was arrested, charged with public indecency and released on bond.
