Man Records in Addison Church Restroom: Police
One victim has been identified, with the investigation continuing, authorities said.
ADDISON, IL – A Chicago man was arrested after he was found to have placed a recording device in an Addison church's restroom, authorities said Friday.
Steven Segura, 28, was charged with one felony count of unauthorized video recording. He was released, but ordered to have no contact with the victim and not enter the church, according to a news release from DuPage County prosecutors.
During the afternoon of Aug. 30, Segura placed a camera that was positioned in a way to capture people undressing at the Church of God, 1125 W. Army Trail Road, police said.

"The thought that someone would commit this act in a place of worship is highly disturbing," Addison Police Chief Roy Selvik said in the news release. "Mr. Segura's alleged actions have violated the trust of our community."
