Many Apartments For Rent In New Elmhurst Complex
Another major downtown apartment building has fewer vacancies than a couple of months ago.
ELMHURST, IL – About three-quarters of the apartments at the recently opened Vyne on Haven complex in central Elmhurst are available.
The seven-story building opened on April 1 at Haven Road and First Street.
As of Wednesday, 155 of the complex's 200 apartments were not rented out.

In January 2022, the City Council unanimously approved the Vyne on Haven apartment building. A few months later, ground was broken.
Another major apartment complex, Elmhurst 255, indicates on its website that it has 14 units now or soon to be available. That's down from 22 in mid-February.

The complex at 255 N. Addison Ave. contains 192 units.
To attract tenants, Elmhurst 255 is offering up to 1½ months of free rent.
